Background on Conference

HiPC, Data and Analytics is Asia’s premier IEEE international annual conference on high performance computing and computational and data sciences. The 28th edition of this conference will be held in Bangalore or virtually during December 17-18, 2021.

Background on Symposium

For more than 5 years, Industry Research and User Symposium (IRUS) has brought together solution providers and users of HPC/cloud computing and digital products/ platforms, providing a venue where they share their challenges and successes and discuss relevant technology issues related to computational, digital and data sciences. Previous IRUS sessions (2019, 2018, 2017, 2016) had tremendous participation from conference attendees and included senior speakers from industry like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Intel, Microsoft, Shell, TCS and Xilinx, academia like IIT, IIIT, CERN, IISC and TIFR, and start-ups such as Khosla Labs and Forus Health.

Call for IRUS Session Leads / Speakers

We are looking for Leaders from industry or academia to help put together a great IRUS session on a relevant topic in computational and data sciences. As a session lead, you are responsible to organize an IRUS session (~ 2 hours) during a suitable slot in the conference duration. You will have freedom on the contents and panelists you wish to invite – you will be supported by the HiPC team in local logistics (or remote presentation in case of virtual conference). If you want to participate only as a speaker with an exciting presentation, we can also help you to team up with a relevant panel. Just write to us with your specific proposal in both cases!
