Delegates to the conference are responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodations. However, the conference has arranged special rates for HiPC 2022 attendees at the conference venue, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru.

Special Room Rates for HiPC 2022 Attendees

    • A special rate is available to HiPC attendees for the period December 17 to 21, 2022.

    • Rates are guaranteed for reservations made before 20 November 2022.

    • Subject to availability, so book early. The tax rate is 12% flat for all categories.

How To Make Reservations

  • Check the Radisson Blu Outer Ring booking page or click this link.

  • Click on the BOOK NOW button AT TOP OF PAGE to book your stay.

  • Select dates for your stay and the number of guest(s).

  • Under Rate Type select Promotional Code and in the box below insert HIPC.

  • Once you enter the Promo Code, you will be able to see Group Special Rate.

  • Click on BOOK NOW to book your stay with credit card details.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Deadline for cancellation of stay is 10th December, 2022.

  • After that date, cancellation will incur retention of charges for one night.

  • In case of no-shows, there will be full retention of reserved stay.
